Under-immunization for vaccine-preventable diseases is common among Canadian adults. While immunizations are recommended through all stages of life, it is the responsibility of health care providers to inform patients about the vaccines they need to stay healthy and prevent infection. These slides offered by Immunize Canada are designed to assist health care providers to increase their knowledge on adult immunization.

The information in this resource is based on recommendations from the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) and the Canadian Immunization Guide (CIG).
