Who are we?

Immunize Canada is national coalition of non-governmental, professional, health, government and private sector organizations with a specific interest in promoting the understanding and use of vaccines recommended by the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI). The Immunize Canada Secretariat is run by a dedicated team at the Canadian Public Health Association.

Meet this year’s NIAW 2023 Ambassadors! 

For NIAW 2023, our ambassadors are Neil Salinas, Andrea and her daughter Chloe, and Dr. Vivien Brown. 

Neil is an HPV vaccine advocate who lost his sister Alison to HPV cancer. 

Andrea and Chloe are meningitis B vaccine advocates after Andrea almost lost her daughter Chloe to the disease. 

Dr. Vivien Brown is our healthcare professional advocate encouraging all Canadian to get caught up on their vaccines.
